It is an excellent browser and tool for completing the mundane tasks of refreshing web pages when you are viewing your web mail, while monitoring on-line auctions, monitoring sports results or staying logged in on a page.
Refresher is free from Spyware and Malware. Refresher incorporates a complete help reference for troubleshooting.

Key features

• Dual Pane Browser - Refresher is the first and only browser of its kind to have a dual pane (two webpages) open simultaneously side-by-side. Easily resize each pane to suit your requirements.
• Tabbed Browser - Open as many new tabs in Refresher as you require. Each tab can have its own dual pane view and each individual refresh and monitoring settings, making them completely independent.
• IP Tool - A quick and convenient tool giving your the ability to resolve an I.P. (Internet Protocol) Address or a domain name.
• PC Reminder - If you need to remind yourself to send an important email in a couple of hours, need to complete a task at a certain time or remind yourself of an on-line auction nearing to an end, simply set a PC Reminder. A PC Reminder can be set at a specific time within a 24 hour period, or with a count down timer within 100 hours. The purpose of the PC Reminder is not to be a complete scheduling tool, but for one-off reminders. Each time you open Refresher, another PC Reminder may be set.
• PC Timer - The PC Timer can be used to shutdown, restart or log you off the computer.
• Quick Links - Refresher Quick Links are used temporarily store to favourite links to items interest on the web.
• HTML Editor - Create your own web pages with this basic HTML editor.
• Auction Template - Makes it very quick and simple to make highly attractive auction listings.
• Link Cycler - Automatically cycle through pre-entered links every x seconds for an unlimited or pre-determined time/number of cycles. Get notified (by sounds/pop-up) when the next link is shown.
• Web Monitor - Monitor a web page n as many web pages as you like and get notified by email, SMS, Beep, Custom Sound or an onscreen pop-up.
• Proxy Viewer - Visit a URL from a different Proxy Server.
• Email page on refresh - If a web page is changed you may want to know what has changed.
• Cycle Tabs - The Refresher Tab Cycle allows each tab to be viewed in order (from left to right) every x seconds.
• Keyboard Macro Recorder - Plays a given set of commands executed by the keyboard.
• Get Links - The tool retrieves links for a web site.
• Colour Picker - Whether you are surfing the web or browsing through images, you may see a colour which you like and would like to know the RGB (Red, Green, Blue) value, Hex value or VB (Visual Basic) value.
• Refresh every 1 second - Increase page hits or test the load on your servers by refreshing a page every one second.
