Estimation tool using Function Points

FPAPal is a software tool that assists in Function Point Analysis and FP counting. It comes with – FP Analysis / Counting; Effort Estimation; Cost Estimation; Schedule Estimation and report generation facility. FPAPal comes with the unique features of - in addition to Size and Effort Estimation - Cost Estimation; Schedule Estimation - schedule that can be exported via MS-Excel to any project management software that you may use; Test points Estimation
FPAPal - handles most aspects of complexity and General System Characters to determine the VAF (Value Adjustment Factor). Just enter the FTRs, RETs, and DETs - FPAPal makes the complexity decision for you. Just select the appropriate statement for each of the GScs - and the value is automatically assigned to it. FPAPal lets you record your assumptions for each FP Transaction - this facilitates audit ability. FPAPal also facilitates making a new estimate from an existing estimate - thus improving estimation productivity greatly.
