Description of CarOrganizer 2.0
Track of your vehicles expenses and fuel consumption
CarOrganizer enables you to keep track of any costs concerning your personal vehicles. The software computes the fuel consumption of your car in detail and provides you with a complete overview of all costs involved in maintaining the vehicle. Furthermore, CarOrganizer enables you to record your business and private trips in a simple electronic driver's log.
Inserted costs (if applicable with user comments) for the currently selected vehicle are listed in the table. You can manage as much vehicles as you want with the program. Fuel consumption, price of fuel and total costs can be presented in tables and diagrams and might be printed (for users of full version only).
You can choose between monthly, yearly and user defined overview (the latter two overview are available for users of the full version only). Furthermore you can customize the colors of the graphics to your specific preferences and switch between the two charts Fuel consumption and Overall view (pie chart of all expenses).
With vehicle comparison you can evaluate costs and fuel consumption of various cars.
Car Organizer implements two useful supplementary functions, a calculator and a currency calculator. The menu point options enables you to customize some preferences to your specific needs. Under the tab "Currencies" you can add any number of foreign currencies, which enables you to record your costs in other currencies than EUR (which is the standard currency of the program).
The tab "General" gives you the chance to select the language and to choose options regarding pointers and remarks.
