Real time GMail account and Twitter notifier

You do not to interrupt yourself every time for checking your Gmail account for new inbox messages. With Up2Date you will be notified as soon as you get a new e-mail. Just start the program and let it run on your system tray. Up2Date is also a RSS reader that will display your favorite feeds. As you have noticed the application is totally free, but if you like it please support the author.
