A tool to manage address data and tasks very easy
PrivateOrganizer is a program to manage address-data of your personal contacts. Furthermore, you can use this software to list tasks into tables and trace them very easily.
PrivateOrganizer consists of two basic components, Address book and Tasks, which are displayed as tables in the main-window. You can transfer your data into the CSV-format (comma separated values) or read data from that format. Thus this function provides a useful interface to different software products.
The address book can be searched via several search options and can be printed partly or as a whole.
PrivateOrganizer also provides you with an opportunity to create style-sheets for your letters as well as create serial-letters and / or e-mails which may be sent to single persons or certain groups.
