Description of Super Diary 2.61

A modern diary, journal, PIM software

Super Diary is a powerful multi-purpose program for your daily document management, private or business.. Its main purpose is to organize and collect text and audio data, but there are other interesting functions built into the program, which you might also find useful.

The program consists of a set of 8 independent main modules, which are all working on one single, strongly encrypted Microsoft SQL Server CE database file. You can have as many documents and databases as you like.

• Write your Diary / Journal / Log and your Notes with a fully featured word processor, with images, tables and hyperlinks and organize your entries in folders and subfolders
• Unlimited number of entries for each day or folder; unlimited number of folders
• Import and export documents in *.doc, *.docx, *.rtf or *.html format (export also in *.pdf)
• Open as many documents as you like at the same time, switch between them with tabs
• Organize your Contacts in a small and to-the-point address book (import from CSV and VCF files is possible)
• The Login Manager / Password Manager allows you to log in to almost any of your password protected websites automatically
• Finance Manager: enter your revenues and your expenses (one-time or recurrent) and always be informed about your financial situation
• Sound Recorder / Sound Player to easily record and play audio clips, connected to specific dates (unlimited entries for each date)
• See the date, time, name, file size and length for each recording
• Scrub (quickly move) inside sound clips and blank-out silent passages during a recording
• Use the integrated weekly Calendar to organize your schedule - complete with drag-and-drop, recurrent events and alarms
• Enter up to 6 numerical values (of any range) for each date, for a statistical evaluation in the Statistics module
• The numbers can be evaluated for any date range in a sortable table or with a graph / chart (see the actual values in the chart on mouse-over)
• Have a nice Analog Clock with daily or one-time Alarm handy in the side bar (alarm can be with sound, any *.wav, *.mp3 or *.wma sound is selectable)
• Use the powerful integrated Web Ripper to collect all embedded or linked images, links or text from a website in just seconds!
• Very easy and intuitive to use, follows common Windows program guidelines
