An utility for work with spreadsheets documents

BeautyXLS is an utility for quick automatic formatting of spreadsheets documents, also saving in the specified format. BeautyXLS execute (instead of you) MS Excel or OpenOffice.org Calc and make formatting document. The main parameters of the formatting are placed in main window, for choice of options of the formatting there is no need to find them in menu MS Excel or OpenOffice.org (if you format document manually).

BeautyXLS can process one document or folder with the documents. BeautyXLS can remember the selected parameters of the formatting in file and use their if required the same formatting. BeautyXLS can greatly shorten time, spent on formatting document.

BeautyXLS can perform (via MS Excel or OpenOffice.org Calc) the next settings of formatting: setting page orientation; setting the font of document; setting/removing of interleaving background of rows (or columns); setting the width of columns, automatically or in accordance with the width of columns in document-pattern; setting/removing wrap text; setting/removing borders; setting/removing bold font in the first left, last right columns, fist row, last row of the document; including in page header name of file; including in page header numbers of pages; saving document in specified format.
