Well, RekenTest does anyway.

RekenTest can be used at both home and in the professional classroom and is completely customizable making it a very easy to use program and convenient for almost anyone. Lessons are created quickly and on the fly based on the performances of the student, which means that the student will receive questions based on their own knowledge and skill level rather than receiving questions that are simply too hard or way too easy. In addition, there are predefined lessons while extra lessons can be added if and when needed for extra support and learning.

After every session that is completed with RekenTest, an extensive and comprehensive report is compiled for the parent or teacher to look over. The makers of RekenTest have made it possible for remedial problem sot automatically be available to students when and if needed. Remedial problems are needed when a student provides the wrong answer to a question in more time than the recommended allotted time. A simplified problem and extra exercise/practice is given to help the student better understand the arithmetic problem.
