Update your Twitter status on your desktop
Twisper is an easy to use Twitter status updater. It is a desktop toolbar which is placed at the bottom right corner of your screen. There you can update your status easily by clicking the icon in the your notification bar to bring up the toolbar.
It then goes back to the notification bar after you've sent your tweet! Twisper also has an option to automatically shorten your long urls and upload images to Twitpic.
What is new in version 3.0
A new interface design, more stable coding, automatic URL shortening, and Twitpic image uploading.
