Description of Application Inventory 3.0
Performs an inventory of installed software
Application Inventory performs an inventory of software installed on your system. The program scans your hard disks for .exe files and then does an optional cross-check for windows shortcuts and registry references to those files. The scan report lists information about file size, version, and path location.
Configurable include and exclude filters can be used to focus the search by path and/or string in the file version information. Properites dialogs are available for shortcut and registry references. The report can be sent to a printer or a delimited text file.
The program can also launch windows explorer on the the path containing a given program.
