It is a very user friendly editor for electronics. It is a multiple editor with an encyclopedia of footprints and symbols of electronics. It is an editor that stores all drawings in a compact text format.

The software is compatible with Windows, MacOSX and Linux. It supports three languages, Italian, French and English with operating manuals in all these three languages. The manual explains in details which even newbies can comprehend how to draw a schematic electrical diagram for or a circuit board. It is also possible to import the application into Eagle by installing into the CadSoft Eagle.

You can export drawings and schematic diagrams in myriad graphical formats like JPG, EPS, PNG, PDF and SVG. Those using Eagle can take advantage of the library in FidoCadJ to enable import diagrams or charts which have the regular symbols with the help of an internally created script.
