Description of Fotosizer 2.02.0.532

Batch image and photo resizing in 3 easy steps
Fotosizer is a freeware batch image resizer tool. It resizes your photos in just 3 easy steps: Select Photo(s), Select resize settings, Start the resize!

Increasingly, sharing photos on the internet is becoming more and more popular. Photos, represented as JPEG files from digital cameras, taken at high resolutions are far too large to send over the Internet, with some photos ending up at 5 mega bytes.

Uploading one photo to a photo sharing website is fine, but 10, 20, or even more, this can take forever, especially on a dial-up connection.

Multiple languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Portuguese (Brazilian), Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Chinese (Traditional), Dutch, Korean, Hungarian, Romanian.

Editor's review for Fotosizer

With photo sharing playing a major role in the internet world today, the need for having properly sized photos is on the rise as well. After all, while it may be great to share your memories with your friends, family or even the world as a whole, if the picture is simply too large they may not be able to view it at all due to the time necessary to download the picture from either their email or the internet.

This is especially true in today’s society where portable cameras are becoming more and more powerful, going far out of the range where a number of pictures would be taken in the range of pixels and now going upwards of 10, 15 or even over 20 megapixels in size.

Fortunately, there are a number of ways to resize pictures to make them much more manageable, but at the same time, the process of doing this can be tiresome, tedious and time consuming at best, requiring you to go in and manually adjust the specific size of each and every picture and re-save it in its new format. In short, this means that converting hundreds of pictures taken over the course of a vacation into a manageable format can a daunting task and you must choose between dedicating hours or even days of your time to converting each and every one of them or simply leaving out some of your personal memories from being shared with the world.

Thankfully, the developers of this software had this in mind when they created this great program. Able to open, modify and re-save large batches of photos at once, users are able to easily update entire albums at a time with the click of a button. Rather than spending hour upon hour going through each photo individually a user can simply select the photos they want to modify, select the desired size and then start the process.

Overall, Fotosizer is an extremely valuable tool when it comes to making your photo collections all the more manageable, allowing you to finally share with everyone your favorite moments in all of their glory rather than merely parts of each.
