Outstanding photo editor by Jim Clatfelter on January 15th 2013, 16:41 To my knowledge, no other free photo editor has a fade option with blend modes and also has 8bf plugin compatibility. You can also paint with the clone brush tool from one image to another. See the help page on Retouching Portraits to learn how to do this. You can paint from a filtered image onto sections of an unfiltered image. This is just like using layers and the eraser tool in programs that use layers.
