Desktop authoring tool for non-English fonts

An easy and intuitive interface for using any non-english ASCII font. You do not have to worry about which keystroke generates which character - all characters are laid out before your eyes to pick and choose. Lipikar is an unique, but simple, desktop authoring tool for Windows ANSI/ASCII fonts. It is independent of languages or keyboards and can be used to create passages of text in any language without caring about the keystrokes associated with a particular font.
