My first encounter with the visKeeper Professional found it to be an excellent way to manage and access all of my data from both my PC and mobile phone. The visKeeper Professional allows you to manage data from any source including passwords, addresses, online accounts, credit card information and banking information in one secure location.
Once I had mastered the relatively simple functions visKeeper Professional bundle neatly handled both my PC and mobile data so that I can now access any piece of data from any location at any time.
It also is incredibly easy to use given the fact the front screen offers a tree view which has a quick overview of all your most accessed information. I click on a branch of the tree and immediately I am transferred to the content in the way that I have chosen to organize it.
Within each entry you have the ability to personalize your data by adding folders and assigning your data entries to them, such as access codes, addresses, and account information. Even more helpful for me personally was that the visKeeper Professional software also comes with 60 preloaded icons so that I could easily identify entries visually. I also added my own icons straight from my desktop to make it a little more personalized.
I selected the option to give each entry its own font style and color. Each entry also allows you to add notes and folders although I have not fully tested this option yet. Templates within the visKeeper Professional software also allow you to quickly enter your data in a specialized way.
Finally, the visKeeper Professional software would not be of any interest to me if it did not come with an excellent security function to keep your data safe: the visual Key-technology. The security technology utilizes strong encryption and offers three different sign in options that include text, PIN, or a picture protected password option, all in all hard to find any real fault worth mentioning with this software.
